digital invitations
Joy
Basic and premium digital invitations connected to a wedding website and guest list.
Good for: Couples who want invitations, wedding details and RSVPs connected.
Pricing approach
Basic digital cards are free. Premium digital cards and SMS delivery are paid options; printing is separate.
Listed countries are explicitly named in Joy's premium-card help. Direct SMS supports US and Canadian numbers only. Basic email/link access and payment eligibility outside the named markets need confirmation.
Keep in mind
Basic cards offer fewer design controls. Premium availability and direct SMS depend on country.

digital invitations
Evite
Free and premium wedding invitation templates with RSVP tracking and guest follow-ups.
Good for: A straightforward digital invitation, particularly for a US or Canadian phone list.
Pricing approach
Free templates are available. Premium invitations are priced by guest-list size; subscription options also exist.
Evite's help explicitly limits direct text invitations to US and Canadian numbers. Country-specific account and payment support outside these markets was not established in the reviewed pages.
Keep in mind
The ad-free experience and some design options require Premium; direct texts are geographically limited.

digital invitations
Canva
An invitation design editor for creating a file you can download and distribute yourself.
Good for: Couples who want control over the artwork and already have a way to collect RSVPs.
Pricing approach
Free templates and paid assets or plans coexist. Printing, delivery and any separate RSVP service need their own quote.
These sources verify design, download and sharing options, not a complete country eligibility list. Canva Print availability, product selection, shipping and payment support must be checked for the destination.
Keep in mind
The invitation-design workflow is not a complete RSVP system. Pair the artwork with a separate response form or wedding website.

digital invitations
Paperless Post
Designed digital cards with RSVP tracking and a choice of direct email or a shareable link.
Good for: Couples who want a designed invitation and delivery tracking in one place.
Pricing approach
Free designs and a limited free sending allowance; paid cards use Coins or a subscription. Check the final design and sending method.
Official help supports email delivery internationally. Direct SMS is limited to US states and Canadian provinces. Payment eligibility and restrictions still need checking for your country; sharing a link yourself is a separate channel.
Keep in mind
Premium design bundles cost extra; shareable-link pricing is separate from direct sending.

RSVPify
Invitation emails and online response collection with options for more detailed event management.
Good for: Couples who care most about collecting and organising responses.
Pricing approach
A capped free plan is available. Paid personal-event plans unlock larger lists and additional event tools.
The public pages reviewed explain invitations and plan limits but do not establish a complete host-country or payment-eligibility list. Confirm country support before entering your guest list or paying.
Keep in mind
Guest limits and advanced features vary by plan; personal-event and business pricing differ.

print invitations
Papier
Personalised printed wedding invitations with coordinating information and RSVP cards.
Good for: Couples who want to compare a physical sample before choosing their paper suite.
Pricing approach
Pricing depends on design, quantity and extras. Include shipping and onward postage; check the local storefront before ordering.
These countries are documented on Papier's UK/international shipping pages; product and address eligibility still need checkout confirmation. Australia has a local storefront. India is not listed in the reviewed shipping coverage.
Keep in mind
Shipping varies by storefront and product; delivery estimates begin after production or dispatch as specified.

print invitations
Minted
Printed invitation suites with design customisation and coordinating enclosure cards.
Good for: Couples comparing paper, print finishes and a coordinated stationery suite.
Pricing approach
Quote the exact quantity, paper, print method and inserts, then add shipping and applicable import charges. Postage to guests is separate.
US stationery delivery is documented. Minted also advertises shipping to over 200 countries, but that claim does not establish a particular country's product eligibility; verify the address at checkout. Its Mail It For Me service currently excludes wedding invitations.
Keep in mind
International shipping adds cost and timing uncertainty. Production time is separate from transit time.

Count invitations before ordering
For paper invitations, start with the households or separately invited parties that need an envelope. A wedding with 120 guests might need 70 posted invitations; this is an example, not a universal ratio. Add your own allowance for keepsakes, address mistakes and late additions. Digital services may charge per person, recipient, response or event. Never enter your paper-envelope count into a digital quote without checking its definition.
Compare three workable approaches
First price an entirely digital invitation and RSVP workflow. Joy offers free basic digital cards; Evite has free templates, and other services have capped free options. Next price a simple printed card linked to online RSVPs. Finally price a paper suite with reply cards and return envelopes. Canva can provide downloadable artwork, but printer setup and a separate response system may add cost. None of these approaches is automatically cheapest for every list.
Include the costs after printing
Build your paper total from invitations, envelopes, inserts, addressing, shipping to you and postage to guests. Include return postage when you provide stamped reply envelopes, plus any import charges on overseas orders. Assemble and weigh one finished envelope before buying stamps. USPS, for example, treats shape and rigidity as well as weight as pricing factors; local postal rules matter more than the wedding destination.
Protect the budget from rework
Freeze names, dates, venue spelling and the RSVP destination before approving a proof. Open the link on a phone and ask someone unfamiliar with the wedding to read the card. Check subscription renewal dates and how long you need access to your guest list. Spend first on readable information and dependable responses; decorative extras can be added only after the complete total fits.
