print invitations
Papier
Personalised printed wedding invitations with coordinating information and RSVP cards.
Good for: Couples who want to compare a physical sample before choosing their paper suite.
Pricing approach
Pricing depends on design, quantity and extras. Include shipping and onward postage; check the local storefront before ordering.
These countries are documented on Papier's UK/international shipping pages; product and address eligibility still need checkout confirmation. Australia has a local storefront. India is not listed in the reviewed shipping coverage.
Keep in mind
Shipping varies by storefront and product; delivery estimates begin after production or dispatch as specified.

Minted
Printed invitation suites with design customisation and coordinating enclosure cards.
Good for: Couples comparing paper, print finishes and a coordinated stationery suite.
Pricing approach
Quote the exact quantity, paper, print method and inserts, then add shipping and applicable import charges. Postage to guests is separate.
US stationery delivery is documented. Minted also advertises shipping to over 200 countries, but that claim does not establish a particular country's product eligibility; verify the address at checkout. Its Mail It For Me service currently excludes wedding invitations.
Keep in mind
International shipping adds cost and timing uncertainty. Production time is separate from transit time.

digital invitations
Greenvelope
Digital invitations with an envelope presentation, RSVP management and guest messaging.
Good for: An international email guest list with a coordinated invitation experience.
Pricing approach
Paid single-mailing packages and memberships based on list size. Check SMS allowances and additional-message costs.
Greenvelope explicitly describes worldwide email delivery. Its messaging help lists SMS packages for the US, Canada, UK, Australia, Germany, France, Italy and Netherlands. This does not verify every country's billing options.
Keep in mind
The mailing is priced by people on the guest list, including household members, rather than postal addresses.

digital invitations
Joy
Basic and premium digital invitations connected to a wedding website and guest list.
Good for: Couples who want invitations, wedding details and RSVPs connected.
Pricing approach
Basic digital cards are free. Premium digital cards and SMS delivery are paid options; printing is separate.
Listed countries are explicitly named in Joy's premium-card help. Direct SMS supports US and Canadian numbers only. Basic email/link access and payment eligibility outside the named markets need confirmation.
Keep in mind
Basic cards offer fewer design controls. Premium availability and direct SMS depend on country.

digital invitations
Paperless Post
Designed digital cards with RSVP tracking and a choice of direct email or a shareable link.
Good for: Couples who want a designed invitation and delivery tracking in one place.
Pricing approach
Free designs and a limited free sending allowance; paid cards use Coins or a subscription. Check the final design and sending method.
Official help supports email delivery internationally. Direct SMS is limited to US states and Canadian provinces. Payment eligibility and restrictions still need checking for your country; sharing a link yourself is a separate channel.
Keep in mind
Premium design bundles cost extra; shareable-link pricing is separate from direct sending.

Choose a format for your actual guests
Use digital invitations when guests can comfortably access and answer them. Use paper when a physical card matters to you or a guest needs an offline route. A mixed approach can work: send a printed keepsake or invitation to some households while maintaining one RSVP list. Avoid making assumptions about someone's preferences from their age or country; ask how they would like to receive the details.
Price delivery to the place doing the mailing
If you live in Canada and marry in Italy, a box of cards may still need delivery to Canada. Compare that route before selecting a printer. Papier publishes named shipping destinations, while Minted advertises broad international delivery that still needs address-level confirmation. Production, shipping to you and mailing to guests are separate stages. For overseas purchases, ask what happens if an error requires a reprint.
Make travel details unambiguous
Write the month in words to avoid ambiguous numeric dates. Name the city and country, identify the specific venue entrance where useful, and state that event times are local to the wedding location. Separate a guest's invitation to the ceremony from invitations to other celebrations. Put changing travel information on a maintained page rather than squeezing every detail onto the card. Confirm translated names or additional-language text with someone who reads that language.
Work backwards from a real deadline
Start with when guests need information to make travel decisions and when vendors need final numbers. Allow time for proofing, delivery, guest responses and follow-up. Measure an assembled paper invitation against the postal service in the country where you will mail it. For digital cards, test with an overseas recipient and confirm the channel: a platform's SMS restrictions do not change just because the wedding is abroad.
