digital invitations
Joy
Basic and premium digital invitations connected to a wedding website and guest list.
Good for: Couples who want invitations, wedding details and RSVPs connected.
Pricing approach
Basic digital cards are free. Premium digital cards and SMS delivery are paid options; printing is separate.
Listed countries are explicitly named in Joy's premium-card help. Direct SMS supports US and Canadian numbers only. Basic email/link access and payment eligibility outside the named markets need confirmation.
Keep in mind
Basic cards offer fewer design controls. Premium availability and direct SMS depend on country.

RSVPify
Invitation emails and online response collection with options for more detailed event management.
Good for: Couples who care most about collecting and organising responses.
Pricing approach
A capped free plan is available. Paid personal-event plans unlock larger lists and additional event tools.
The public pages reviewed explain invitations and plan limits but do not establish a complete host-country or payment-eligibility list. Confirm country support before entering your guest list or paying.
Keep in mind
Guest limits and advanced features vary by plan; personal-event and business pricing differ.

Greenvelope
Digital invitations with an envelope presentation, RSVP management and guest messaging.
Good for: An international email guest list with a coordinated invitation experience.
Pricing approach
Paid single-mailing packages and memberships based on list size. Check SMS allowances and additional-message costs.
Greenvelope explicitly describes worldwide email delivery. Its messaging help lists SMS packages for the US, Canada, UK, Australia, Germany, France, Italy and Netherlands. This does not verify every country's billing options.
Keep in mind
The mailing is priced by people on the guest list, including household members, rather than postal addresses.

Paperless Post
Designed digital cards with RSVP tracking and a choice of direct email or a shareable link.
Good for: Couples who want a designed invitation and delivery tracking in one place.
Pricing approach
Free designs and a limited free sending allowance; paid cards use Coins or a subscription. Check the final design and sending method.
Official help supports email delivery internationally. Direct SMS is limited to US states and Canadian provinces. Payment eligibility and restrictions still need checking for your country; sharing a link yourself is a separate channel.
Keep in mind
Premium design bundles cost extra; shareable-link pricing is separate from direct sending.

Free and premium wedding invitation templates with RSVP tracking and guest follow-ups.
Good for: A straightforward digital invitation, particularly for a US or Canadian phone list.
Pricing approach
Free templates are available. Premium invitations are priced by guest-list size; subscription options also exist.
Evite's help explicitly limits direct text invitations to US and Canadian numbers. Country-specific account and payment support outside these markets was not established in the reviewed pages.
Keep in mind
The ad-free experience and some design options require Premium; direct texts are geographically limited.

Model people and households separately
One household may receive one invitation while each person needs an attendance answer and meal choice. Your test list should include a couple responding differently, children, a named companion and an unnamed plus-one. Joy's import guidance uses an individual row for each guest and a Party field to group them. Whatever service you choose, confirm that the resulting headcount counts attending people rather than completed forms.
Separate the events that need separate answers
A welcome dinner, ceremony and next-day gathering may have different guest lists. Ask the provider whether guests can see only their invited events and whether its plan supports the number you need. RSVPify advertises secondary events on paid personal-event plans. Do not assume a single yes-or-no invitation can accurately manage several celebrations. Keep optional questions short, and ask for practical information only when you will use it.
Try the difficult responses before launch
Test a decline, a partial household acceptance, an edited meal choice and a guest who cannot find their name. Check whether forwarded links allow unexpected people to reply. Paperless Post explains that anyone with its general shareable link can view details and respond. Decide whether that suits your wedding before distributing it widely, and look for the relevant access controls if it does not.
Plan the final handover
Set your response deadline early enough to chase missing replies before vendor totals are due. Confirm that you can export a readable list and preserve names with accents. Keep ceremony times in the wedding location's local time, and let overseas guests know where updated travel details live. Provide one contact for corrections so that replies received by phone or message are entered into the same final list.
